New Packaging Machine for Wide-Width Aluminum/Steel Coils
A new machine for packaging wide-width aluminum and steel coils has been introduced to the market. The 1/3 Wide-width Aluminum/Steel Coil Wrapper Packing Machine is designed to provide anti-rust, waterproof, dustproof, anti-damage, and anti-aging packaging for different dimensions of metal coils or coiled unpackaged objects.
The machine can be used in various industries, including metal processing, construction, and transportation. The packing material that can be used with the machine includes LLDPE stretch film, VCI stretch film, and PE film.
The machine is composed of the wrapping machine, packing station, track, PLC & HMI, guardrails, and other basic components. It has a packing material size of OD: 100-200mm, ID: 76mm, Width: 200mm, Thickness: 20-60 microns, and a packing material overlap of 10-90%. The shuttle speed of the machine is 1-3m/min, while the roller speed is 2-4m/min.
The hydraulic pressure of the machine can reach 140bar, with an air supply of 6-8kgf/cm2. The power voltage is about 20kw, and the control voltage is 24V. The power supply for the machine is 220V/380V/415V, 50HZ/60HZ.
The machine's scope of application includes aluminum coil, steel coil, wire coil, and other products. The aluminum coil and steel coil can have an OD of 1000-2400mm, ID 600-800mm, and a width of 800-1800mm. The weight of the product can vary from 1000-35000kg.
