I. Brief introduction:

SHJLPACK company is a special producer of all kinds of wrapping machine, including round coil orbital wrapping machine, straight profile/pipe packing machine, coil tilter, stretch pallet wrapping machine, automatic sealing & shrinking machine and etc.

II. Usage:

This round coil orbital wrapping machine can be used for round coils’ outside package, such as steel wire coil, steel belt, bronze coil, copper coil, wire material, rubber tube, bearing, tire, electric wire cable, stainless steel wire, stainless steel coil, etc.

Considering some coils OD is large and very heavy, so we design and manufacture this movable steel wire coil wrapping machine with flexible trolley to meet customer’s packing requirement. Flexible trolley can be moved forward and back, which is convenient for coil loading and unloading on wrapping station.

III. Package:

Packing process as below:

Coil loading on trolleyby crane or hoist --> trolley moved forward to wrapping station --> fix packing material (s) on coil --> start machine for packing --> package finished, cut packing material (s) and fix it on coil --> trolley moved back --> take out packed coil. A whole packing process finished.

 IV. Safe and warranty:

Safety:

All moving parts are cover with protective boards or guardrail; warming labels also stick on the outside of machine for safe operation.

Warranty:

(1) 1year for free

1. supplying the spare parts of machine for free.
2. If need, it's able to sent the engineer for checking the machine.
3. Changing the broken part of electric components for free.
4. Responding and dealing with the trouble of machine with in 3 hour after receiving the technical support requirement.
5. A new machine will be sent as a replacement, if the machine doesn't work after maintenance.
