Line Composition
The line is composed of several key units working in sequence to handle, strap, and prepare slit coils for further processing or shipping:
Slit Coil Tilter
This movable unit runs on rails and features a variable output pick-up device. Its primary function is to retrieve a single slit coil from a turnstile and rotate it 90 degrees. Once tilted, the coil is then conveyed to the downstream roller conveyor. The tilting action is powered by a hydraulic cylinder, and the pick-up device's axial position is also hydraulically adjustable. A hydraulic power pack is included and mounted onboard.

Buffer Roller Conveyor

Strapping Unit

Weighing Station
